I am not entirely sure about the reason behind this decision or how this reference may impact our study. However, it certainly raises concerns that need to be clarified with further checks on my part. Additionally, the fact that the trial registration is retrospective adds to these concerns. I believe it is fair to say that there are several issues regarding the validity of this study.
